This page is maintained by Contracto Health, Inc. ("Contracto", "we", "our") to explain how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit our website or request a demo of our contract intelligence platform. It is not a certification and does not replace the mutually executed data protection agreements we sign with customers.
Information we collect
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the work email address and any other information you choose to send. When you browse the site, our hosting and analytics providers may collect standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
How we use information
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, schedule product demos, and share relevant product updates. We use aggregated site analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
Customer data
Payer contracts, 835 remittances, and any protected health information processed on behalf of customers are handled under a Business Associate Agreement. Access is restricted to authorized personnel, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold.
Sharing
We share information only with subprocessors that support our infrastructure, analytics, and email delivery, and only as necessary to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted by emailing us at the address below. You can also unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time using the link included in each message.
